We will still be accepting orders during this time but we will NOT DESPATCH ANY SHOES DURING THIS PERIOD. If you order after 3pm on the 9th December then your shoes will not be despatched until Wednesday 15th January 2020. We will also be unable to process any returns during this period. (ALL returns require a valid Returns Number, and we will not be able to generate them during this period) Gift vouchers are not affected by the shut down and are available at all times.
